Wood-Fired Pizza

Our brand new custom built trailer, heats up to a whopping 450 degree which allows us to cook fresh pizzas in minutes, in front of your guests. Our bases are hand rolled and topped with a homemade tomato and basil base, or garlic butter base and topped with a choice of toppings. We have our 'top ten toppings' which we find caters to every palate but if there is something specific you'd like to add, just let us know.

All bookings include appropriate staff.
